Summer is upon us. And this time last year, we never expected to be working remotely and spending more time at home than ever before. We would’ve probably said that school’s out for summer—when in fact, and in some places, school has been out for a while now.
Yes, times have changed. But there’s still the same desire to learn. Sometimes I even think those articles about summer reading lists are meant for all of us—that no matter our age, there’s still a thirst for knowledge. And the best part? We don’t have to consider the reading a homework assignment. It’s simply to keep learning for our own good.
For now, some summer activities like big backyard BBQs and outdoor concerts might be put on hold. But we can still do the things we enjoy, like sitting in a park or taking a nice, long walk. If you’re like me and you enjoy reading or listening during those activities, here are a few recommendations:
- April digital issue of Marketer: This special edition offers the same cutting-edge content with interactive features that allow you to scroll easily through the pages.
- Marketer Must-Reads: Our new e-book series includes articles with best practices to help move your firm forward successfully. Digital marketing and business development are available now.
- PSM Show podcast: In this episode, CJ McClanahan shares tips on effective management and team interactions.
- The Neuropsychology of Influence and Decision-Making: In this foundation research paper, we look at why people make certain decisions and how it can help transform any business.
If you have reading or podcast suggestions, please send them my way. I’m always looking for something new!
Stay well,
