The SMPS Foundation Exists To Serve One Thing: You

Our mission is to promote research and education that advances the body of knowledge of professional services marketing. Simply put, that’s making sure that we’re giving you timely research and information that will help you in your work and career, make your company stronger, and advance the profession. Providing that information is a critical part of what makes SMPS a trusted organization, and we take it very seriously.

As I hope you know, the SMPS Foundation rolled out our latest research offering at Build Business in San Diego.  That report, The Neuropsychology of Influence and Decision-Making, outlines key decision-making concepts and provides insight into how decisions are influenced. It’s great information and SMPS members can download it for free.

But we’re not resting on our laurels. At our annual planning meeting at Build Business, the board of trustees outlined projects for 2019 and beyond. Our goal is to continually provide you with research you can use, as well as to work with the SMPS education department to provide information for educational sessions. Keep your eyes open for these offerings and more.

We’d like to give a heartfelt thanks to the members, chapters, and regional conferences whose donations have made this year’s research possible. But we always need your help. Please consider donating to the SMPS Foundation and help us maintain the resources necessary to provide you with information you can use.

There are several ways to help:

TXT2GIVE:  To participate, Give 25 (or you can enter any amount) to 703.991.6181, follow the prompts, and register your credit card (first-time only).

CHECK THE BOX: When you receive your annual SMPS membership dues renewal, simply check the box to give to the SMPS Foundation.

DONATE ONLINE: Visit the SMPS Foundation webpage and support the foundation by making a donation.

I’m excited about serving the SMPS Foundation as president this year and thank all the trustees for their commitment to SMPS and our members. If there’s anything the SMPS Foundation can help you with, please let us know.

Thanks!

Brad
