The SMPS Foundation Announces the 2019-2020 Board of Trustees

Alexandria, VA (September 4, 2019)The Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) Foundation is pleased to announce its 2019-2020 board of trustees. The new board took office on September 1, 2019.

When asked what were the goals and research initiatives that the board is looking forward to this year, Brad Thurman, P.E., FSMPS, CPSM, president of the SMPS Foundation, said, “We plan to extend the work of our Neuropsychology of Influence and Decision-Making report, and we’re launching several new initiatives to explore marketing technologies and further understand buying practices by owners. We’re excited to continue advancing professional services marketing and providing valuable, relevant content to our SMPS members. As always, we thank all the donors who make our research possible and hope our findings will encourage people to continue to support the Foundation.”

To consider supporting the SMPS Foundation, donors can choose from three ways to make a tax-deductible donation (U.S. residents only). Support directly contributes to the development of future initiatives that support the architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) industries and professionals.

1) Text2Give: To participate, donors can text “Give 25” (to give $25, but any amount can be entered) to 703.991.6181 and follow the prompts. The $ character does not need to be included.

2) Check the box: When members receive their annual SMPS membership dues renewal, they can enter the amount and hit Submit Donation to make a contribution to the SMPS Foundation. Corporate credit cards are accepted and SMPS will provide a receipt.

3) Donate online: Donors can visit the SMPS Foundation webpage and support the foundation by making a donation.
