Now and again, we hear the following advice: never stop learning and growing. Boy, how this resonates with the new year, often a time of reflection and renewal.

In particular, on the Career Center, you’ll find articles about expanding your network, making your résumé stand out, and moving your career in the right direction. The great part about learning and growing, though, is that you don’t actually need to make a move to make an impact. We love hearing that our members are thriving in their jobs and where they work. But every moment, every position you hold, is a stepping stone for what’s still to come.
For example, maybe you see yourself becoming a CPSM. Or maybe you’re not quite sure what the next step entails. And that’s okay. In this case, Blueprints and the Domains Of Practice guide, both complimentary to members, offer the perfect road map for career planning.
