An interactive virtual workshop series, Prepare to Win combines live online learning sessions, interactive group discussions, polls, chats and real-world application exercises. Ranging from 2- 4 weeks, Prepare to Win virtual workshops provide a blended learning experience for marketers and business developers of all levels.

What to Expect

Interested in enrolling? This is what you can expect:

Everything in the workshop will be done virtually, from listening to speakers to doing assignments. Each class module will follow this pattern:

  • Pre-Work
    Before each class, you will have a chance to get familiar with content through things like recommended readings and videos.
  • Virtual Class
    Your week starts with a 75-90-minute Virtual-Instructor-Led class .The instructor will start class by looking at the previous week’s class and homework, then will talk about that week’s content.
  • Homework
    Each week, you will have a homework assignment to let you apply concepts presented during the class. Assessments may include but are not limited to, test questions, at-work projects, and videos.

2017 Workshops

  • Marketing Essentials – Completed
    This four session series begins on March 1 and includes modules on marketing research and planning, client and business development, and promotional activity. A fourth module has been added as a recap of the series and includes live Q&A.
  • Proposals 101: Your Guide to Proposal Success – Completed
    Our virtual workshop series includes three online sessions. Each week an industry expert will provide new tips and techniques for presentations and post-proposal times when you’ve been short-listed. Whether you’re just starting out or you’ve seen your share of proposals, Prepare to Win will help you stand out from the competition.
  • Advanced Proposals: Your Guide to Proposal Success Part II, August 2–16, 2017
    Your Guide to Proposal Success Part II features intermediate graphic design tips, the client debrief, and building better relationships.
