Sponsorship/Solicitation Policy:
The advertising, promotion, and/or solicitation for products or services is strictly prohibited in conjunction with any SMPS event or with event attendees unless authorized by SMPS.
Paying or invited attendees, including designated sponsors, may not organize any receptions, hospitality suites, social functions, exhibits, product demonstrations, customer solicitation activities, training sessions, or other events or functions for attendees or potential attendees during Build Business conference and exhibit hours. Any of the aforementioned activities are subject to review, modification, and cancellation by SMPS and/or the host hotel for any reason. Any person not registered with the conference and interfering with any related events or the attendees will be considered trespassing on the hotel property.
The distribution of any printed materials, samples, or other promotional items are restricted to the confines of each sponsor’s exhibit space or as provided in an agreement with SMPS. Apart from the specific display space for which an exhibiting company has contracted with SMPS, no part of the host hotel or its grounds may be used by any organization other than SMPS for display purposes. Also not allowed are booth sales, advertising sales, or solicitation for any competitive trade show, conference, magazine, newspaper, or any other promotional solicitation not expressly approved by SMPS.
