We want to make sure that you’re prepared for the experience, so we've created the FAQs below.
Q: How do I virtually access the A/E/C Momentum event?
A: A confirmation login access email from Whova will be provided starting January 21, 2021. If you still haven’t seen your login information, please check your spam folder. If you’re still having issues, please email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can provide you with login access to attend. Once you’ve registered, you can download the Whova mobile app. After downloading the app, search under “Find My Event” for “A/E/C Momentum” and make sure you use the login credentials given to you via your email to access the symposium on Thursday, January 28. Or, you can log in through the desktop version here: https://whova.com/portal/aecmo_202101/?source=download_page
- If you’re having additional issues, please use the Whova users guide here: https://whova.com/pages/whova-app-user-guide/
- Or, you can reach out directly to Whova’s Help Desk here: email@example.com
Q: What is the final day I can register to attend this event?
A: The last day to register and receive your login credentials is Wednesday, January 27, 2021. After that date, you will no longer be able to register for the one-day event. If you’d like to gain on-demand access to the recorded event, please reach out to us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to be added to our list to be contacted post-conference. We will provide access on an as-requested basis.
Q: If I want to meet up and network with other attendees during the virtual event, where can I do that in the platform?
A: We’ve made it easy and accessible; there are several chat and community sections within the desktop version and mobile app for attendees to meet, connect, and interact in Whova.
- Make sure you update your profile when you log in to the desktop version or the app to access the virtual symposium. Log in to your event account and go to the “Community” section on the left-hand side of the menu. The “Community” section is where everything social occurs. Under that, you’ll see “Meet-Ups,” “Discussion Topics,” and “Social Gatherings,” where you can start interacting and networking with other attendees.
Q: How many sessions are there within the one-day program?
A: We have five sessions for the one-day event. The sessions are more strategic, higher-level topics focused on thought-provoking conversations and engaging connections. As a result, we’ve formatted each session to about 20– 30 minutes in length.
Q: I’ve registered for A/E/C Momentum, but now I can’t make it. Will the sessions be recorded and available to watch on demand after the event concludes?
A: Yes, SMPS will provide all registered attendees with additional ways to view and access the sessions and program overall if you’re unable to join live. The platform will be open 60 days after the event has ended—through Monday, March 29.
Q: Will I be able to ask the presenters questions in real time?
A: Yes, there’s a live Q&A section throughout the event, where attendees can submit questions to the presenters in real time. The SMPS Events Team will collect the questions for the speakers who will address them as time permits toward the end of each session (unless a speaker has specifically requested to have questions asked in the middle of their session).
Q: Will I receive CEU credits for attending any of the sessions offered from this program?
A: An attendee, who is a Certified Professional Services Marketer, can receive up to 3.75 CEUs for attending this program in full. (.75 per program offered).
Q: What’s the difference between the desktop platform and mobile app?
A: There’s no difference between the platforms. The mobile app version of the event offers the same experience as the desktop but on your mobile device. We encourage attendees to access the mobile app from the Apple or Google Play Store (depending on your mobile phone) to take advantage of the experience on the go and not miss out on any push-notification announcements. The app is complimentary as well.
