Now
The January SMPS board of directors meeting was centered on advancing strategic priorities. Key discussions included our annual reviews with the investment advisor and legal counsel, as well as critical updates on major operational initiatives, such as the implementation of our new AMS system—a pivotal step in modernizing our infrastructure.

Board members also took an active role in engaging with members during the networking portion of the SMPS Maryland GROW Conference, fostering relationships that align with our mission of empowering A/E/C professionals.

The SMPS Foundation is making significant progress on its next research project, with updates presented that reinforce its commitment to delivering impactful insights for the industry.

Membership and online learning are experiencing strong momentum, signaling the success of our initiatives and the value they bring to our members.

In the coming months, we look forward to the launch of a new AI tool. This initiative is a cornerstone in solidifying our position as a leader and indispensable partner in the A/E/C space, delivering cutting-edge resources that elevate our community.

Together, we remain focused on driving sustainable growth, delivering value, and positioning SMPS for long-term success.
