Program Description
If you are a business development, human resources, or
marketing, professional involved in the hiring process or managing
employees within your firm, this one-day program will show you how to
apply business development principles you already use to recruit and
retain employees.
It’s no secret that some of the most profitable,
successful companies in the world focus on making their employees top
priority and creating an employee-centric culture. High turnover costs
firms precious time, money, and potentially, clients.
“Recruit & Retain Great A/E/C Talent”
offers a unique business development approach to attracting and hiring
top professionals, then keeping them—and most importantly, keeping
them happy—once they are on your team.
Our instructor, Dr. Dennis Schrag, a certified
Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), will show you the
similarities between winning and keeping employees (human resources) and
winning and keeping clients (business development). You will come away
with an understanding of how to apply business development principles
and strategies to improve your firm’s ability to attract and
retain great talent. Does your firm:
• Make looking for talent a
management priority?
• Take a proactive approach to recruitment and retention?
• Understand why employees quit—and why they
stay?
If not, this in-depth workshop will be
invaluable in making the most of your firm’s human resources
efforts. You will discover why planning and management support are
crucial to your firm’s success. Based on the latest industry
research findings, our certified instructor will show you solid, proven
strategies to strengthen your recruiting and retention tactics. Take the
skills you learn today back to your management team to help your firm
hire and keep the right people.
