Committee openings for the 2008-2009 program year include Business Development, Certification, Education, Marketing Communications Awards, National Conference (2010 Boston), and Striving for Excellence Chapter Awards. The Conference Planning Committee invites you to submit a proposal for a breakout session or workshop for "Build Business: Strategy. Risk. Reward," the SMPS National Conference, July 15-18, 2009, in Las Vegas, NV.  This intensive three-day conference is packed with approximately 30 powerful learning sessions, dynamic keynote speakers, and networking opportunities that encourage participants to make and renew valuable business contacts.

The committee is soliciting proposals on cutting-edge topics related to business development, marketing, leadership, and management that are vital to the success of firms and professionals in the design and building industry.
