Measuring for Success:  A Look at Hit Rates & Other KPIs in the A/E/C Industries

What’s all this talk about hit rates and KPIs?
A/E/C firms of all sizes are looking for the most effective tracking methods to go after projects—and win them. Not long ago, the SMPS Foundation was determined to find out more.

So, what did the SMPS Foundation do?
They partnered with the Master of Marketing Research program at Southern Illinois University to look at the tools and processes A/E/C firms use to track their methods in relation to success rates. During a free webinar on December 15, Michelle Yates, APR, CPSM, and Holly Bolton, FSMPS, CPSM, shared some of the findings.

View the webinar recording to learn more about:

  • Different methods for tracking hit rates
  • Average hit rates and the barriers to developing a standard
  • Making the most of KPIs to help improve your firm’s future performance

The findings are based on numerous survey responses and interviews from companies throughout the United States.
